Owner Caroline Walker only opened the cafe at the back end of 2014, but business is booming.

The 42-year-old from Swinton said: “I’m really pleased with how things have gone so far. I have many initiatives to hopefully keep customers coming back, including a delivery service, traditional Sunday lunches - usually pork or beef - noon to 2.30pm and good home-cooked food every day. And if anyone wants to know about anything we offer just call me on 01709 588687.”

Along with hot drinks, the cafe serves soft drinks, hot and cold sandwiches and also a selection of hot meals, including a full English breakfast and roasts.

The diner is open seven days a week, from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm Saturday and 11am to 3pm on Sunday.
