Four deliberate fires started in Doncaster overnight

Firefighters were called out to deal with four separate incidents across Doncaster overnight.

The first was at 7.55pm when a fire crew from Rossington station attended a deliberate rubbish fire on West End Lane in New Rossington. The firefighters came away at 8.40pm.

Firefighters from Thorne station were called out to grass and bushes on fire at 8.10pm on Hugh Hill Lane in Stainforth. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately and the crew returned to the station at 8.50pm.

A wheelie bin was deliberately set on fire at 8.15pm on Finch Road in Balby. Firefighters from Edlington station attended the incident and left at 8.55pm.

Two cars were deliberately set on fire on a driveway at 11.05pm at The Circle, New Rossington. Firefighters from Doncaster station attended the incident and left the scene at 12.15am.
