Everyone including complete beginners are welcome to come along to try a class or two, participate in mini-workshops (topics include Yoga Philosophy, Chakra healing and Chanting), browse the stalls selling yoga and wellbeing related items and try some tasty vegetarian food.

“This is a great opportunity to come along to try something different and hang out at Tall Trees with like-minded people. A lot of people say they aren’t flexible enough to do yoga but that’s like saying you are too dirty to take a bath,” says Rebecca Leam, yoga instructor. “The Yogathon will be a fun day for everyone to help raise some serious funds for St. John’s Hospice, based just around the corner from the studio. It’s such a worthy cause that touches and supports so many people.”

There are numerous ways to get involved from holding a stall, gaining sponsorship for the Sun Salutation Challenge, and participating in a class and/or workshop.

Tall Trees Yoga & Pilates is situated at Woodfield Park off Tickhill Road, Balby.

Classes and workshops aer £5 each, or purchase an unlimited day pass for £20.
