Five cars torched in four separate incidents in Doncaster

Firefighters were called out to a number of incidents across Doncaster over the bank holiday weekend.

Firstly, a car was deliberately set on fire at 11.05pm on on Regent Street in Balby. Firefighters from Edlington station attended the incident, leaving at 11.30pm.

Two fire crews from Adwick and Edlington station were called out to a deliberate fire at 5pm on Saturday at a derelict warehouse on High Street in Askern. They were there for nearly an hour.

Two cars, a Ford Kuga and a Ford Focus, were deliberately set on fire at 10.45pm on Saturday at Weston Road, Balby. Firefighters from Edlington station attended the incident. They left at 11.30pm.

A car was deliberately set on fire on Carr Side Lane in Hatfield at 5pm on Sunday. Firefighters from Thorne station attended the incident until 5.40pm.

A Vauxhall Insignia car was deliberately set on fire at 10.30pm on Sunday at Polton Toft, Stainforth. Firefighters from Thorne attended the incident and left the scene at 11.10pm.
