First aid company donated to Yorkshire Air Ambulance

Learning to save a child's life could help to save others across South Yorkshire this summer.

Daisy First Aid provides paediatric first aid training across South Yorkshire.

Trainers deliver two-hour courses in homes or at local venues providing potentially life-saving skills to parents, relatives, friends, babysitters and carers.

The firm has now agreed to support Yorkshire Air Ambulance by donating 20 per cent of all home classes booked in June to the charity.

Liz Worrall, who provides the training in Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley and Sheffield, said: “We know just how vital the air ambulance is across Yorkshire.

“We at Daisy First Aid are also passionate about saving lives and so are very happy to support Yorkshire Air Ambulance by encouraging more parents to get first aid training.

“The training is not just around infants and babies but covers children of all ages. We aim to give people the confidence to cope with everything from bumps and scrapes to illnesses and CPR.”

The classes cost £20 per person for a group of four or more.
