Epworth youngsters to light up the town

Art loving pupils at Epworth County Primary School put pen, paint and pencil to paper to design festive posters for an annual competition.

The contest involves youngsters designing posters to promote Epworth Christmas lights switch on.

The results were 1 Hannah Maxfield, 11 (centre); 2 Oliver Hall, 10 (left), 3 Jamie Huntington, 11 (right).

The winners are invited to have tea at the Red Lion, courtesy of the lights committee, on Friday, December 5, before having the privilege of turning on the Christmas lights at 6.30pm.
