An Epworth Town Councillor has been found guilty of assaulting a 61-year-old woman.

Epworth Town Councillor, Michail Harm, has been found guilty of assaulting a 61-year-old woman.

Michail Harm, 41, was found guilty of assaulting Amelia Elders, 61, at a hearing at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court on June 9.

The incident took place at a property in Epworth on January 16 this year.

Harm, of Axholme Drive, Epworth, is due appear in court next month for sentencing.

Harm was also charged with assaulting Linda Lancaster-Harm on the same date as Mrs Elders, but this charge was dismissed.
