Emergency services called out as tyres go up flames in Doncaster

A crew from Doncaster fire station, based near Leger Way, arrived at around 1am today after the blaze had broken out on land near Bootham Lane, in Hatfield.

They turned a hose reel on the pile of around 12 tyres to put out the flames and spent around an hour at the site after receiving the call.
