It was a complete new venture for me. I had worked for a pharmaceutical company and wanted a change and wanted to be somewhere hot. I run the boot camp from my villa. People come and stay here so I only ever cater for a small amount of people at a time – I wanted to be able to offer that personal service.
“It’s mainly people that come over from the UK and across Europe and stay for a week or more. I provide all the meals and we have a range of exercise programmes. It’s all about nutrition, strength and long term health goals.
“Things have been going really well and the feedback has been really positive.”
Roseanna’s business has even been given rave reviews by Vogue and Hello magazines.
