Four Doncaster pubs will each be serving ten beers from around the world alongside beers from the UK during a 17-day festival.

The ales on offer at town centre pubs The Gate House, The Red Lion, The Old Angel, as well as The Old Market Hall in Mexborough, have been sourced from brewers in South Africa, New Zealand, Sweden, Canada, USA, Belgium, Australia, Germany, Spain and Norway.

They will complement up to 40 beers from across the UK being served during the festival, which runs from March 28 to April 13, with all beers priced at £1.99 a pint.

Gate House manager Paul Sanderson said: “We are thrilled to be serving such a fantastic selection of beers from across the world.”
