Doncaster Senior League round-up: Unbeaten Armthorpe Markham Main lead the way

Main retained their unbeaten record with a 3-0 win at South Elmsall United Services on the back of goals by Mathew Wilshaw, Jonathon Wilson and Terry Wilson.

Second-placed Dunscroft United returned to winning ways when recording a 5-4 win at Rossington Main, for whom Ben Clark (2), Daniel Green and Adam Rowland netted.

Third-placed Sutton Rovers kept in touch with the top thanks to a 5-1 win over visiting AFC Bentley.

Toran Adams and Callum Stockton both bagged a brace for Rovers with Joe Palmer also adding to lowly Bentley’s woes.

Rum Rooms Legacy failed to make home advantage pay when going down by the odd goal in three against Kinsley Boys.

Unbeaten Division One leaders Yorkshire Main, who led 6-0 at the break, romped to a 9-1 win against Bridon. Bridon struggled to contain four-goal Harry Hotham and he was well supported by James Connor (2), Ricky Caudwell and Dean Platts.
