One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has been told he must wait longer before finding out if he faces prosecution over an alleged clash with a celebrity paparazzi.
The 25-year-old, from Bessacarr in Doncaster, was arrested after the alleged altercation at Los Angeles International Airport on March 3, when he was travelling with his girlfriend Eleanor Calder.
The case was expected to be heard at LAX courthouse yesterday but prosecutors said a decision on whether he will be charged had been delayed.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office said: "A filing decision will not be made today. Our prosecutors are still reviewing the case."
A new court date will be set if charges are filed against Tomlinson.
Louis and his girlfriend had been returning to Los Angeles after a holiday in Las Vegas when he allegedly clashed with the photographer. The singer's lawyer claims he was provoked.
An arrest record showed the singer was held under citizen's arrest and the alleged offence was classed as a misdemeanour.
