Doncaster Rovers: McCann expects to add another forward to his squad
But he insists he will not be rushing into a signing with the start of the season rapidly approaching.
McCann has been keen to add a forward player and is also understood to remain open to bringing in a defensive-minded midfielder.

Hide AdBut he says no moves are imminent and he is focused on working with the players already at his disposal.
"There will be another forward coming in," he said. "One hundred per cent.
"When that will be? We aren't in any rush.
"But I still do believe that we're missing that little bit of quality in the forward areas that can unlock a defence.
"We'll keep looking."
"There's nothing yet," he added.
"It's a busy time of the year. Your phone never stops with agents constantly ringing to put players to you.
"We just have to be careful we don't rush in.

Hide Ad"We've got good players already in the building. It's not about just going out to get players just to get players in.
"We've got very good players in this building and I want to work with them, I want to improve them.
"I want to make them better.
"If we can add a bit of quality to it, we will."
Trialist Paul Taylor may yet be the player McCann chooses to fill that attacking berth.
Taylor started Wednesday night's 8-1 win at Deeping Rangers and scored with a fine low drive from the edge of the box.
Fellow trialist Romario Vieira also netted in the game after coming off the bench.
And McCann remains open on the futures of both men.
