Alfie May in particular after coming off the bench in the last two games to help Rovers towards consecutive wins.
But the likes of Jermaine Anderson and Paul Taylor have also impressed in cameo appearances with manager McCann happy with the level of consistency in performance provided by those not starting games.
'I've said it before that when you make five or six changes it will affect any team in League One, or any team,' he said.
'But when we make one or two, and I think we've shown this, that any of them can come in and make an impact.
'I'm quite comfortable that we've got people to step in when we lose people.
'I don't want to lose people but I know that we've got people to take up the mantle if we do.
'I think we've seen it in most of the games but definitely in the last two with the people that have come off the bench.
'Probably in the first three or four games, other than Matty Blair coming off the bench against Wycombe, we were scratching.
'But now we're getting two or three coming off the bench and making an impact.'
