Danny Landau and Toy Trains are set to play, as are John Fairhurst and Land of the Giants.

Sheffield bands the Fargo Railway Company and Ginny Mule will take to the stage.

Other Yorkshire acts to play will be Parson's Lot (Barnsley) and Ramble Gamble (Scunthorpe).

Organiser Peter Sullivan said the grass roots vibe the festival created set his event apart in Doncaster.

The festival aims for a smaller feel, with a capacity of just 750 people.

Mr Sullivan said most punters weren't locals.

"Over the last two years, 80 per cent of our audience have been from outside the area," he said.

Music fans from Scotland and Cornwall come to the event, and from foreign destinations like Spain and France.

Mr Sullivan hopes the 600 ticket mark will be passed.

About 200 more tickets need to be sold to make 600 sales.

"If we get to 500, we'll have a good festival," he said.

"But if we get to 600, we'll have a little bit of money to put back into the festival."
