Mrs Old, 26, lost more than 130 pounds after having two children.

She says she relishes the feeling of being able to tell others how she achieved it.

Mrs Old published a booklet for Doncaster residents in 2015, and followed that with a Facebook page in late 2016.

The page has taken off. Mrs Old has clients across Britain, and in Australia, Cyprus and Spain following the Eat Food Feel Good Kayleigh’s Way page.

It has stemmed from Mrs Old looking in the mirror one day about seven years ago and deciding she had to do something.

She had post-natal depression after her son, Cobyn, was born.

It got so bad, she didn’t want to leave the house.

“I felt really unhappy,” Mrs Old said.

She said she tried ‘loads’ of different diets, before finding the approach which worked for her.

The weight began coming off, and she is now down to 133 pounds, and size 8-10.

She hasn’t looked back, and got a second pregnancy without gaining too much weight.

Cobyn’s sister, Bella Grace, was born in 2014.

Mrs Old quit her job at Doncaster Royal Infirmary to run the page.

She said she works on it 17 hours per day, seven days per week.

Mrs Old, who lives on Rosedale Road. said the satisfaction made it all worthwhile.

“It’s amazing,” she said.

“It’s inspirational to know that people are losing weight through me. I just want to help people.”

The page has more than 5,000 likes. A members area lists recipes and eating plans.

Mrs Old said the key to success was swapping simple carbohydrates for complex ones.

She also encourages her clients to eat a grapefruit for breakfast.

Men and women are using the page to lose weight, and Mrs Old said the biggest demographic was busy mothers.

“It’s attracted a lot of mums,” she said.

It was a better alternative to diet groups, she said, for those embarrassed about their body shape.

“A lot of people don’t want to go to diet groups,” she said.

“It puts people off.”

Mrs Old said husband Nathan had been supportive during a hectic period for the couple.

“Obviously, we don’t get to see each other much at the moment,” she said.

She has big aims for the page. Mrs Old aims to have someone employed to help her run it, giving her some family time back.

“I want to employ people to help,” she said.
