Mr Miliband discussed childcare funding with the women, and looked around the nursery’s outdoor play areas.

Doncaster North MP Mr Miliband said after his visit: “I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the dedicated team at Sunny Bright, and the children who benefit from the excellent facilities they provide.”

The nursery enjoys close links with nearby Richmond Hill Primary Academy and the local playgroups within the area.

It provides care for children from the age of four months until their fifth birthday within a cheerful and stimulating learning environment.

The nursery’s philosophy of High Scope is a way of working based on the idea that children learn best from active learning with experiences they plan and carry out themselves.
