Firefighters in Doncaster were called out to just one incident across the borough last night.

At around 10.40pm they attended a rubbish fire in Stewart Street, Doncaster town centre.

Firefighters from Doncaster fire station attended the incident, and used a hose reel to extinguish the fire.

They left at around 10.45pm.

A South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue spokesman said the fire is believed to have been started deliberately.
