A Doncaster cafe has been given a one out of five food hygiene rating just three months after receiving top marks.
Grab a Bite, at Unit 1, High Levels Bank, Thorne, was given the score after assessment on June 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
The premises had received a five out of five after being visited on March 8 this year.
A one means major improvement is necessary.
Of Doncaster's 512 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 367 have fives and one has a zero.
