Eleven 'traditional' apprentices will join the housing organisation along with three university students who will take up a one-year work placement with the company.
Young people taking up the traditional rolesÂ will receive training up to NVQ Level 3 in a number of different trades within the repairs and maintenance teams and in a variety of business support roles.
There are two apprentice electricians,Â an apprentice joiner; an apprentice bricklayer;Â and an apprentice gas fitter.
St Leger has also recruitedÂ Â five business administration apprentices andÂ Â St Leger Homes' first degree apprentice will joinÂ later in the year.
The three university students on one year work placements will be basedÂ in the people development team, Â the business transformationÂ and the health andÂ safety.
