SELFLESS Grace Devine has marked a major milestone by turning 100-years-old.
The centenarian celebrated her landmark birthday with a party at the China Cottage Care Home in Carcroft, where she is currently a resident, and also received a card from The Queen.
Mrs Devine has spent her life helping others and in her time has run a Sue Ryder site and looked after Polish refugees. She continues to support charity even now.
The former Scawsby resident married her husband Ernest in 1934 and they had two sons called Michael and Frank. Mrs Devine is also a grandmother to three grandchildren and has two great-grandchildren.
The popular resident enjoyed a party at the home in Owston Road.
