Hide AdDavid Wilson Homes saw a total of 23 sales at its Bodington Manor development in Leeds, with four part exchange sales made over the weekend, demonstrating the buoyancy of the housing market.
The exclusive event saw an independent team provide same-day valuations of visitors’ current properties, compared to the normal seven-day turnaround, meaning that a price could be agreed with the part exchange team on the day.
Those that reserved a new home at the event also received help towards their stamp duty and free flooring. The part exchange scheme continues to prove popular and means buyers are left with no estate agent fees at the end of the sale and no chain to slow down the moving process.
