Deer rescued by Doncaster firefighters after becoming trapped in fencing

Firefighters from Edlington station attended an animal rescue at 10.20pm last night, Friday, June 23 on Westbourne Gardens, Balby.

A deer was trapped in fencing so the crew used spreaders and cutters to free the animal.

Once freed the injured deer was taken to a vet. Crews left the scene at 12,15am.
