These are the latest convictions from Doncaster magistrates' courts

The following were convicted at Doncaster magistrates’ courts from November 29 to December 6.

All addresses are Doncaster unless otherwise stated

Robert Wilson: aged 40, of Sycamore Court, Mexborough, carried a knuckle duster in a public place without lawful authority, community order, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, rehabilitation activity requirement, £175 costs, order for the destruction of the knuckle duster.

David Bambrough: aged 41, of Scarth Avenue, Balby, possession of a class B drug, driving without insurance, drug driving, £280 fine, £115 costs, order for the destruction of the drug, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Mark Frank Vincent Cook: aged 35, of Parkway North, Wheatley, drunk and disorderly, failed to surrender to custody, £40 fine, £32 costs.

Ben Naylor: aged 28, of Haynes Gardens, Thorne, criminal damage, discharged conditionally for six months, £50 compensation.

Nathan Taylor: aged 27, of Victoria Road, Bentley, possession of a class B drug, £80 fine, £115 costs, order for the destruction of the drug.

Luke Robert Coultard: aged 38, of Thorne Road, Town Centre, theft, discharged conditionally for 18 months, £106 costs.

Gordon Sean Briddock: aged 48, of Sprotbrough Road, Sprotbrough, drink driving, £450 fine, £130 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Laiton Kennedy: aged 18, of Grove Place, Balby Bridge, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, driving a vehicle for which no test certificate had been issued, driving a vehicle with a passenger was not wearing a seatbelt, committed to detention in a young offender institution for 18 weeks, £207 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Gavin Michael Brown: aged 40, of no fixed address, used threatening, abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in a racially aggravated incident, used threatening, abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, discharged conditionally for 12 months, £50 compensation.

Darren Steelyard: aged 45, of Beechfield Road, Hyde Park, theft, discharged conditionally for six months, £5 compensation, £85 costs.

Martin Clarke: aged 35, of Halifax Crescent, Scawthorpe, drink driving, £700 fine, £155 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

Damian John Dennis Kitching: aged 41, of Carr View Avenue, Balby, drunk and disorderly, £40 fine, £117 costs.

Jordan Paul Andrewatha: aged 26, of Poplar Road, Hatfield, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, four months in prison, £122 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.

Tyler Jordan Hallam: aged 27, of Poplar Place, Armthorpe, criminal damage, assaulted a police constable by beating them in a racially aggravated incident, six months in prison suspended for 24 months, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £670 compensation, £515 costs.

Andrew Millward: aged 57, Skellow Road, Carcroft, drink driving, community order, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Jack Branton: aged 19, of Buttermere Crescent, Lakeside, drug driving, £250 fine, £115 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Michael Smith: aged 33, of Lonsdale Avenue, Intake, criminal damage, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, restraining order imposed, £250 compensation, £250 costs.

Kurt Goulding: aged 28, of HMP/YOI Doncaster, carried a Stanley knife in a public place without lawful authority, assault by beating, 16 weeks in prison, £122 costs, £200 compensation, order for the destruction of the knife, restraining order imposed.

Bernadette Hewitt: aged 52, of Marshland Road, Blaxton, assault by beating, discharged conditionally for six months, restraining order imposed, £100 compensation, £71 costs.

Ryan Andrew: aged 21, of Airstone Road, Istoneville, breach of restraining order, committed a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence, £240 fine, £130 costs.

Nicolae Damian: aged 30, of Hamilton Road, Belle Vue, intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £200 compensation, £705 costs, defendant required to register with the police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

Leo Davitt-Tunnah: aged 26, of Welbeck Road, Bennetthorpe, breach of domestic violence protection order, £50 fine.

John Daniel Whitelaw Killgallon: aged 36, of Addison Road, Mexborough, theft, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, failed to surrender to custody, 16 weeks in prison, £122 costs.

Kydi Oberg: aged 26, of High Street, Misson, entered a building as a trespasser with intent to steal, failed to surrender to custody, 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 month, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs.

Matthew Andrew Hartley: aged 40, of The Crescent, Woodlands, possession of a class A drug, discharged conditionally for six months, £20 costs, order for the destruction of the drug.

Shaun Massey: aged 47, of Milton Walk, Town Centre, breach of domestic violence protection order, £50 fine.
