These are the latest convictions from Doncaster and Sheffield magistrates' courts

The following were convicted at Doncaster magistrates’ courts from December 7 and 12.

Terry Murphy: aged 31, of no fixed address, drink driving, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, £120 fine, £117 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Shane Phillip Coll: aged 34, Wood Street, Swinton, theft, committed a further offence while subject to a community order, 15 weeks in prison, £507 compensation, community order revoked.

Kim Bartliff: aged 41, of no fixed address, possession of a class B drug, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, £90 costs, order for the destruction of the drug.

Gareth Aaron Davies: aged 32, of Gurth Avenue, Edenthorpe, dishonestly made off without having paid for diesel with intent to avoid payment, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, drink driving, community order, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, rehabilitation activity requirement, £40.04 compensation, £335 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 48 months.

Terry Robert Armit: aged 37, of Tudor Road, Intake, criminal damage, assault, eight weeks in prison, £400 compensation.

Dean Lowth: aged 46, of Ravensworth Road, Hyde Park, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order, £50 fine.

John Robert Hedley: aged 30, of HMP/ YOI Doncaster, assault by beating, 24 weeks in prison, £115 costs, restraining order imposed.

Stephen Hudson: aged 50, of Goodwin Crescent, Mexborough, drug driving, failed to surrender to custody, £160 fine, £530 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Krzystof Koros: aged 43, of Maple Grove, Armthorpe, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, community order, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, £175 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 10 months.

Kyle Stanley Robinson: aged 21, of March Vale Rise, Conisbrough, drug driving, driving without a licence, driving without insurance, £253 fine, £117 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Bruce Stafford: aged 65, of Holme Gardens, Stainforth, drink driving, £253 fine, £117 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

Shane Mullins: aged 34, of Markham Avenue, Carcroft, failed to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test, community order, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, £175 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

Shelley Margaret Foster: aged 44, of Church View, Wadworth, drink driving, £120 fine, £117 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Nerijus Ivanov: aged 33, of Lowfield Farm Close, Bolton-upon-Dearne, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, community order, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

Kimberly Baillie: aged 36, of Stubbins Hill, Edlington, assault by beating, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress in a racially aggravated incident, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £40 fine, £175 costs.

Kayleigh Griffiths: aged 33, of Radburn Road, New Rossington, assault by beating, £40 fine, £117 costs.

Stephen Costello: aged 42, of Keyworth Close, Askern, failed to comply with a public spaces protection order, £500 fine, £406.10 costs.

Lianne Dunn: aged 32, of Copley Road, Town Centre, caused unnecessary suffering to a protected animal by failing to provide veterinary care regarding a dog’s skin condition, £120 fine, £300 costs, disqualified for having custody of a dog for two years, order for the dog to be re-homed.

Miroslaw Szczypek: aged 49, of Stanhope Road, Wheatley, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order, £80 fine, £75 costs.

Luke Aaron Clark White: aged 24, of Daw Lane, Bentley, theft, community order, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs.

Alex Nicholson: aged 30, of Jackdaw Drive, Wath-upon-Dearne, Rotherham, stalking, breach of restraining order, committed a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence, 39 weeks in prison, £122 costs.

John Henry Bowman: aged 44, of Palmer Street, Hyde Park, failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison, theft, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, £50 fine, £90 costs.

The following were convicted at Sheffield magistrates’ courts on December 5.

Terry Lee Boggett: aged 36, of Garland Close, Mosborough, criminal damage, harassment, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, unpaid work requirement, £100 compensation, £285 costs, restraining order imposed.

Mazain Kaladi: aged 26, of Lucas Street, Burngreave, possession of a class B drug, £120 fine, £115 costs, order for the destruction of the drug.

Daniel Andrew Marlow: aged 28, of Norfolk Park Road, Arbourthorne, breach of restraining order, discharged conditionally for six months, £21 costs.

Jordan Lewis White: aged 24, of Bates Street, Crookes, failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison, 14 days in prison.
