These are the latest convictions from Doncaster magistrates' courts

The following were convicted at Doncaster magistrates’ courts from Saturday, January 25 to Monday, February 3.

All addresses given are in Doncaster, unless otherwise stated

Michael McGarry: aged 37, of no fixed address, possession of a class B drug, discharged conditionally for 12 months, £85 costs, order for the destruction of the drug.

Carl Merritt: aged 39, of Colliery Road, Bircotes, breach of restraining order, community order, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs.

Lee Howe: aged 34, of no fixed address, made threat to kill another person intending for that person to fear that the threat would be carried out, 10 weeks in prison, £122 costs.

Daniel Henson: aged 28, of Victoria Road, Bentley, possession of a class B drug, criminal damage, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, £500 compensation, order for the destruction of the drug.

Neil White: aged 40, of Denby Street, Bentley, drink driving, £200 fine, £117 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.

Joseph Carr: aged , The Crescent, Woodlands, theft, community order, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, £80 compensation.

Sidom Latibeaudiere: aged 62, of Pine Grove, Conisbrough, dangerous driving, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, refused to stop a vehicle when directed to do so by a police constable, driving without a licence, driving without insurance, five months in prison, suspended for 12 months, rehabilitation activity requirement, £207 costs, disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Stephen Massey: aged 36, of Charles Street, Carcroft, assault by beating, possession of a class B drug, criminal damage, 16 weeks in prison, order for the destruction of the drug, £250 compensation, £85 costs.

Dean Ebbage: aged 31, of Miller Lane, Thorne, theft, 32 weeks in prison, £122 costs.

Gavin Platts: aged 39, of Miller Close, Thorne, failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison, supervision default order made, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring.

Dragos Ivanov: aged 28, of St.Vincent Avenue, Town Centre, drink driving, £350 fine, £120 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Uygar Sahpaz: aged 24, of Wilberforce Road, Wheatley Hills, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another person with intent to cause them to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be carried out against them, £120 fine, £117 costs.

Laurentiu Torcea: aged 39, of Clarence Avenue, Balby, drink driving, community order, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Laura Hooker: aged 32, of Cardigan Road, Intake, theft, failed to surrender to custody, ten weeks in prison, £122 costs.

Paul Johnson: aged 47, of Queens Park, Edlington, drink driving, community order, unpaid work requirement, £175 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Vanessa Jukes: aged 30, of Wellington Drive, Finningley, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another person with intent to cause them to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be carried out against them, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another person with intent to cause them harassment, alarm or distress in a racially aggravated incident, community order, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, rehabilitation activity requirement, £135 costs.

Kurt Marshall: aged 40, of Sheardown Street, Hexthorpe, criminal damage, theft, assault by beating, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another person with intent to cause them harassment, alarm or distress, committed a further offence while subject to a community order, 12 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months, drug rehabilitation requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement, £60 costs, £100 compensation.

Mark Flynn: aged 37, of Grove Place, Balby Bridge, theft, 14 days in prison, £122 costs.

Jack Stevenson: aged 19, of Strathmore Grove, Wath-Upon-Dearne, possession of a class A drug, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour towards another person to cause them harassment, alarm or distress in a racially aggravated incident, £120 fine, £117 costs.

Tracey Kime: aged 26, of Torksey Close, Bessacarr, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, community order, curfew requirement with electronic monitoring, £175 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Michal Wladzinski: aged 30, of Harris Road, Armthorpe, drink driving, dangerous driving, community order, unpaid work requirement, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for two years., £175 costs.
