Lee Howe: aged 34, of no fixed address, made threat to kill another person intending for that person to fear that the threat would be carried out, 10 weeks in prison, £122 costs.

Daniel Henson: aged 28, of Victoria Road, Bentley, possession of a class B drug, criminal damage, community order, rehabilitation activity requirement, £500 compensation, order for the destruction of the drug.
