Teen gang sought after £50,000 car wrecking spree at Doncaster garage

A teen gang who caused £50,000 worth of damage to cars at a Doncaster dealership are being sought by police.

Officers are are appealing for information following criminal damage to a number of vehicles at the JCT600 showroom on Wheatley Hall Road.

The incident took place earlier this year, but South Yorkshire Police has only just released details.

A spokesman said: “At 9pm on 29 January we received reports of youths causing damage to a number of vehicles on the forecourt of JCT600 dealership on Wheatley Hall Road.

A teenage gang caused £50,000 of damage to cars at a Doncaster dealership.

“The damage caused to the vehicles is estimated to be around £50,000. It is believed the group included around five youths, aged between 14-17 years old, wearing dark clothing.”

Since the incident, officers have conducted local enquiries in the area and at other local dealerships and they are now urging anyone with information to get in touch.
