Police to hold drop-in sessions for residents of Doncaster town to raise concerns

Police in a Doncaster area town are to hold monthly drop-in sessions for residents to raise concerns and issues.

Thursday, 3rd June 2021, 7:35 am

Doncaster West Neighbourhood Policing Team will host the events at Mexborough Police Station, all the way up until Christmas, giving residents the chance to have their say about policing and issues they want tackling.

A spokesman for Doncaster West NPT said: “The two hour sessions will give the public a chance to speak to PCs and PCSOs and chat about any issues that they might have where they live.

“Weather permitting, we aim to hold these outside the front entrance where social distancing guidelines can be observed. Alternatively, these can be held in the front reception area with COVID-19 regulations being adhered to.”
