Police launch fresh clampdown on speeding drivers in Doncaster town
Police in Doncaster have launched a fresh clampdown in a bid to reduce speeding in a Doncaster town.
As part of National Speed Awareness Week, officers from Doncaster Neighbourhood Police Team East have been out with the speed guns in Thorne.
A spokesman said streets had been chosen after being highlighted as speed hotspots by the public.
In the latest campaign in Grampian Way, no one was found to be speeding.
Police have urged residents to report speeding issues to police on 101.
