Nuisance gangs and riders speeding on mopeds are blighting a field used for community events.

Police have focused patrols at Conisbrough Welfare Field, which is used for an annual gala, following complaints from residents.

Officers have vowed to monitor the situation after updating residents about their crime-fighting activities at a public meeting in the Ivanhoe Centre last week.
