'Off to CSI:' Car 'used for crime' is seized by police in Doncaster

A car seized in Doncaster by police will be examined by forensic investigators after being suspected of used in crime.

Doncaster East Neighbourhood Policing Team seized the vehicle yesterday. It had earlier been reported stolen in Stainforth.

A police spokesman said: “Doncaster East Team recovered this vehicle that had been stolen from Stainforth. Off to CSI (crime scene investigation) as believed to be used in crime.”
