Man hunted by police for grabbing teenage girl walking along Doncaster street in broad daylight

A police hunt is under way for a man who grabbed a teenage girl as she walked along a Doncaster street in broad daylight.

The 13-year-old was targeted as she walked over the Station Road flyover on her way from Stainforth to Dunscroft at 3pm on Sunday, February 16.

South Yorkshire Police said a man, aged around 20, approached the girl and grabbed her hips from behind.

A passing motorist shouted at the man, who then ran off in the direction of Stainforth.

The incident is said to have ‘understandably left the girl very shaken and upset’.

The culprit was 5ft 10ins tall, skinny and was wearing a black tracksuit with his hood up.
