Man charged following with GBH after quad bike collision in Doncaster

A man has been charged with GBH after a quad bike ‘collided with two pedestrians in Doncaster.’

Jordan Fisher, aged 28, appeared before Doncaster magistrates after an incident was reported to the police in which a quad bike was alleged to have collided with two pedestrians in Askern.

A 67-year-old man and a four-year-old girl both suffered minor injuries in the incident, which was reported on Tuesday May 5.

Fisher, of South Street, Doncaster was arrested in connection with the collision on Thursday May 7. He has now been charged with two counts of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent.

He pleaded not guilty at the hearing at the court room on College Road, and was remanded in custody. A trail date has been set for June 2020, when he is due to appear before a judge at Sheffield Crown Court.
