Callum Layton, 22, is wanted for questioning in relation to an incident in the Askern area on 11 March.
A South Yorkshire Police spokeserson said: “He is known to have links to the Bentley and Toll Bar areas of Doncaster.
“If you know where he is, please contact 101 quoting incident number 14/47620/20.”
