Doncaster Magistrates’ Court heard today, July 6, how Ricky Lee Twardowski, of no fixed abode, aged 36, threw a brick at Doncaster Borough Council office windows on May 18.

John Kavanagh, prosecuting, said Twardowski was living at an accommodation and was experiencing thefts and he and others reported them but because of the nature of the offences police were not getting very far.
