They received a call at 7.05pm to attend the scene at Nursery Road where they found that a bin had been deliberately set on fire.

The crew put out the fire and left at 8.05pm.

Firefighters from Cudworth were called to Applehaigh View, Royston, at 6.29am on Sunday where hay bales, pallets and stable equipment were well alight at a small holding. This was dealt with by 7.37am and is thought to have been deliberate.
