A MAN charged with killing his neighbour has appeared in court.
Luke Jolly, 24, of Moat Croft, Scawthorpe, appeared at Sheffield Crown Court on Tuesday accused of the manslaughter of Ray Eden, 42, who died from head injuries following an altercation in his street on March 18.
Jolly was remanded in custody and is expected to enter a plea this summer. His trial has been scheduled for later in the year.
Meanwhile Craig Smith, 26, of Belmont Terrace, Mexborough, was also remanded in custody charged with the murder of Henry Mackellar, also of Belmont Terrace, Mexborough, last month.
