Vlase Mihiata was pulled over by police in Carr House Road, Doncaster, on August 23 this year, records for Doncaster Magistrates’ Court show.

He appeared before magistrates in the town on Monday, September 14, where he admitted the offence.

Records show that, when breathalysed, Mihiata, 32, of Mount Pleasant, Baldby, Doncaster, blew 68mg of alcohol to 100ml of breath, when the legal limit is 33mg - meaning he was more than double the legal drink-drive limit.
