A driver who tried to flee police is due to face court after leading officers on a chase through the streets of Doncaster.

Doncaster West Neighbourhood Policing Team said the Audi failed to stop for officers in Edlington.
A spokesman said: “After a short chase the driver was quickly detained. They had no insurance and only a provisional driving licence.”
The car has been seized and the driver reported to court for driving offences, the South Yorkshire Police spokesman confirmed.
