Driver caught doing 115 on M18 in South Yorkshire 'needed the loo'
A motorist who was caught doing 115mph on the M18 in South Yorkshire told police he was desperate for the loo.

South Yorkshire Police said officers had followed the driver racing along the motorway for ‘some distance’ without him checking his mirrors and spotting them.
“The driver’s excuse? He was desperate for the toilet having driven all the way up from London,” said the force.
Despite his desperation, they added, he was able to sit ‘quite comfortably’ for 10 minutes after being stopped.
