Doncaster man Phillip Hartley to appear in court after arrest for disorderly behaviour
A Doncaster sticker salesman has been remanded in custody to appear in court after being charged with disorderly behaviour.
Phillip Anthony Hartley, 37, was arrested in St Sepulchre Gate in Doncaster town centre yesterday morning.
Police seized sticker salesman Hartley, who also uses the name Phillip L’Estrange and describes himself as the #lovecampaigner, at around 10.30am.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said in a brief statement: “Phillip Hartley has been charged with disorderly behaviour and has been remanded to court.”
