Doncaster man jailed for six years for nine sexual offences against children
A Doncaster man has been sentenced to six years in prison after being found guilty of sexual offences against children.
Martin Allen, aged 49, of Albany Road, Balby, was found guilty of nine offences on May 21, after pleading not guilty at a previous hearing.
The charges include inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity and allowing a child to watch a sexual act.
At Sheffield Crown Court on Friday (June 19) Allen was served a six year custodial sentence and has also been placed on the sex offenders register for life. He is also subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
His offences were committed between 2012 and 2019.
Detective Sergeant Kathleen Coulter said: “This man’s actions were deplorable, and he has rightly been served a custodial sentence for his crimes.
