The following people have appeared at Doncaster Magistrates’ Court charged with the following offences

Zoe Sables was already subject to a conditional discharge for criminal damage and drunk and disorderly when she assaulted Louise Hutchins on March 25,

Sables, 20, of Westmoreland Street, pleaded guilty to assault. She received 12 weeks jail suspended for a year and must pay £350 compensation to her victim.

n INTAKE: A drink driver has been banned from getting behind the wheel for 12 months.

Andrzej Dulepa, 29, of Essex Avenue, was fined £155 with £100 costs after he admitted driving a Ford Focus in Axholme Road on May 28 when above the alcohol limit.

n BIRCOTES: Magistrates have called time on a fraudster who tried to rip off a mobile phone insurance company.

Daniel O’Driscoll tried to make a claim to Policy Administration Services in March saying he had lost his i-Phone 4.

The 25-year-old of Whitehouse Road was fined £200 and ordered to pay £510 to the firm after he admitted breaching the Fraud Act.

n WHEATLEY: Being drunk in public has seen a man fined £55 with £44 costs.

Paul Berry, 21, of Morley Road, admitted being drunk and disorderly following a disturbance on May 29.

n HYDE PARK: STEALING binoculars and carrying out an unprovoked assault has landed a thief with a suspended prison sentence.

Alastair Cawdron, of Rowland Place, received 18 weeks jail suspended for 12 months following a string of offences between February and May.

The 26-year-old admitted being drunk and disorderly, possessing cannabis, theft and assaulting Lewis Dodo. Cawdron was ordered to pay £75 compensation to his victim and £100 costs.

n EDLINGTON: A vandal who smashed a window has received 80 hours of unpaid work.

Gavin Pickersgill, 31, of Stubbins Hill, admitted criminal damage following the incident on May 6. He was ordered to pay £200 compensation to St Leger Homes.
