Concern for missing South Yorkshire teenage girl last seen in Birmingham

A police search is under way for a missing teenage girl from South Yorkshire last seen in Birmingham.

Philippa Lee, aged 15, was reported missing from her home in Bawtry, Doncaster, on Thursday, June 27.

She was last seen by her dad at midday and that afternoon she bought a train ticket from Retford to Birmingham New Street station, where she was captured on CCTV at 4.06pm.

Since she was last seen, it is believed that Philippa has been staying with a friend in Warwickshire, but concerns are growing because her family has not been able to get in contact with her or her friend.

Philippa is around 5ft 2in tall and of an average build. She has recently shaved her head, however often wears a long, black wig.

It is believed that she has a small grey suitcase and brown bag.

Anyone with information should call South Yorkshire Police on 101 and quote incident number 695 of June 27.
