Hartley, of Christ Church Road, Doncaster, who was charged under his real name Phillip L'Estrange, was also banned from all UK trains and railway stations after being charged earlier this year following a breach of bail conditions.

A case of criminal damage after an incident at Doncaster railway station on July 17 when an advertising board worth £80 belonging to LNER was damaged was discontinued by the same court last week.
