Some of those sentenced at Sheffield Crown Court have been put behind bars and placed on orders to monitor their future movements and they are featured here.

5. Alun Haynes
Alun Haynes, aged 41, of Athelstone Road, Doncaster, pleaded guilty to attempting to engage a boy in sexual activity, attempting to engage a boy in sexual communication and attempting to engage a boy to watch a sexual act. He also admitted attempting to engage a boy in sexual communication and to attempting to engage a boy to watch a sexual act, relating to a decoy. Haynes was given a ten-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

6. Dane Hinshelwood
Dane Hinshelwood, aged 33, formerly of Selborne Road, London, was found guilty of raping a woman in Rotherham and jailed for four-and-a-half years. Hinshelwood, also formerly of Rotherham, was placed on the Sex Offenders Register indefinitely.

7. Joshua Evans
Rapist Joshua Evans, 22, of Lady Oak Road, East Herringthorpe, Rotherham, forced himself on a woman as she slept on a sofa. He pleaded guilty to rape and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was jailed for life with a minimum of four-and-a-half years jail before being considered for parole and placed indefinitely on the Sex Offenders’ Register and was also given a SHPO.

8. Hamdi Abbas
Hamdi Abbas, aged 25, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to arranging the commission of a child sex offence, attempting to cause a child to watch a sex act and to attempting to incite a child to commit a sex act. He was jailed for eight months and made subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for ten years.
