Countdown to police career - recruitment next week

Humberside Police, in partnership with South Yorkshire Police, are looking to recruit new constables over a three year period, with the first wave of recruitment commencing on Tuesday March 1 at 9.30am.

It is the first time in a number of years that new officers have been recruited in any number and both forces are expecting significant interest.

Humberside Chief Constable Justine Curran, said: “Policing is a great career choice and this is a real opportunity to work with us to reduce crime, take criminals off out streets and support our communities.”
