Company shares its ongoing success

A company with Isle employees has a safari holiday as a prize in a tenth anniversary celebration.

Tembe DIY is named after an African game reserve. It employs 10 people at its Auckley, Doncaster base, including staff from Epworth, Belton, Haxey and Westwoodside, all of whom have played a part in its success.

The company has a current turnover of £4 million. It creates and supplies products to trade and DIY users using networks throughout Britain and Ireland. Managing director Guy Malam said: We have evolved quickly and while we’re proud of what we’ve achieved, I would also like to thank our customers who have given us that opportunity.”

Packs of Tembe’s Hippo Premium Heavy Duty Trade Wipes contain competition scratch off stickers on the foil seal under the lid. If these reveal a winner’s code, details must be entered at http://www.competition.tembediy.com for entry in to the prize draw for the African Safari Holiday.

The managing director added: “My wisest decision was to surround myself with hard-working people that test me and one another every day. Would I do it all again? I hope I never have to!”
