Brothers Gary and Shaun Mundy both notched hat tricks for the home side with Andy Walkden and Courtney Peynado both chipped in with a brace.

Thorne Colliery were the only other Doncaster area side in action.

Colliery, who will be hoping for a more successful campaign than last season, shared the spoils with visiting Phoenix at Moorends Welfare.

Austin Hallam, who had opened the scoring on 25 minutes, secured his side a point with an equaliser midway through the second half after the visitors had earlier scored twice in quick succession to lead 2-1.
