The Frenchgate Shopping Centre has launched its new website as part of a campaign which sees the shopping centre move towards a more digital form of communication.
The new website has been designed with users in mind and is extremely easy to navigate. People can now check opening times, see the latest news and even view a digital floor plan of the Frenchgate Shopping Centre.
“The new website looks fantastic and we are really pleased to have it go live. We wanted to incorporate our new branding but also add in a lot of features that the public have given us feedback on. They use it so we wanted to give them access to as much information as easily as possible and this website does that,” commented centre manager Amanda Phillips.
“We recognise that our shoppers like to use different mediums to get information and Facebook is just one of the tools that we use in order to find out how are shoppers are feeling about us and what we can do to improve our facilities. Social Media is a great tool for communication and for gathering information. It gives us a chance to show a personal side and it lets people approach us directly, “she said.
The centre has also stepped up its online presence with Facebook and Twitter.
More than 800 people are now fans of the Facebook page.
